currently listening to r&b from like 2014-2016 and damn. i love r&b music so much that era's hitting different rn. specifically the song girl is mine by tory lanez. he's a pos probably but this song is so crazy it tickles my brain. his music has so much soul with how he sings. reminds me a lot of early drake, probably cuz they're both from toronto. maybe its bc im high rn but when you think about music it genuinely is such a crazy thing in theory, nature is so crazy. how music makes people feel is so instinctual like babies will hear happy music with a good drum or groove and start dancing, no one has to teach them. probably one of man's greatest inventions. it's also strangely mathematical in a way but also very spontaneous. like at it's bare roots it's sound waves with certain frequencies played at certain pitches with certain rhythms. music is my fav art form for sure <3.
